Our client wanted to a fully automated system helping recruitment process aimed at providing easy solution for the job listing, job management, candidate sorting and management and recruitment process management.

System description:

We initially developed EmployIreland.com, Ireland's premier fully automated job seeker's resource. It is an excellent example of how far you can go with customization of our basic MonoX package. EmployIreland is based on the advanced Web crawler (spider) technology that continuosly tracks and downloads job posts from all major recruitment sites in Ireland. It uses sophisticated information extraction technology to store only relevant information to the central database, and makes it available for full-text search. Our Web crawler engine is not sensitive to changes in site's design and layout and does not require any additional programming work when such changes happen. On the front end, this site offers a wealth of custom built modules and features for job seekers and recruiters (security, personalization, user profiling, mail management, etc.).

In addition, EmployIreland.com features interactive administrative modules and finely-grained user hierarchy (instead of the usual Employer/Visitor/Job Seeker).

Another important component of our eRecruit package is eRecruit.ie, a favorite Irish job posting system providing a simple, one-page user experience that allows companies to post jobs to multiple job boards in seconds. This reduces the administrative headache of having to visit each individual job-posting site and manually posting each job. Simply put, eRecruit can allow your organization access to any board from a single, one-page interface.

 

Technical details:

Mono eRecruit is developed using the Microsoft .NET framework 1.1 and related development tools (VS.NET 2003 & C#), and is running on MS Windows 2003 server and SQL Server 2000.
