Mono Support Active Directory

Hi All,

I'm pretty new to MonoX, but am liking it so far. A quick question though, is it possible to integrate it with Active Directory? For users as a start but potentially for user groups too.

Active Directory role and membership providers has been implemented and are now being tested. The next major upgrade, due to be released later this month, will include full support for AD integration.

Yes. As you may know, Microsoft's default AD integration support was somewhat incomplete. They published only the Active Directory membership provider, without the role provider, which does not really cover standard usage scenarios. We implemented custom AD role provider which fixes this situation, in addition to many other details.
