ListView Basic Functionality

Most important properties of the Mono ListView control are presented in this example:
CheckBoxes, View, Item.ItemType and ItemCommand event.

Example facts:

Items and Columns are defined at design time.
When in Details view and checkboxes are enabled, click the [Process checked items] button to get the info on the checked items.
If Item's ItemType is set to ItemType.LinkButton, clicking on the Item's Text will raise the "ItemCommand" event. The code that handles the ItemCommand event will display the Item's title along with one hidden SubItem's value: version. The Version Column is hidden by default (ColumnHeader.Visible property).
The "Dialogs" item shows how each item can be assigned a different CssClass.
